In this module you will learn about budgetting for service, retail and manufacturing businesses.  It will give you skills in and knowledge of financial and operating budgets and their design.

• Sales budgets for retail businesses
• Purchases cost of goods sold and profit and loss budgets for retail business

Entry Requirements:

Form five or have worked in government or business for at least one year.
